Education : Bachelors Degree




Experience : 1 - 5 Years





Required Skills:

. Administer and support computer networks (LAN/WAN), networking hardware and software, network management, network security, and VPN. 
. Good understanding of multiple Linux is a must. 
. Good understanding of MAC/Apple is a must.
. Database support skills 
. Experience with the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Windows 2000/2003 ForestTreeDomain environment.
. Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure support services such as DNS, NetBIOS, LDAP and Active Directory. 
. Ability to troubleshoot in the above technology environments and communicate related issues with staff and IT management. 
. Experience with the implementation, maintenance and support of Microsoft Exchange 2003 in a clustered environment. 
. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills along with prior experience in a dynamic, project oriented team environment.
. One or more years of experience troubleshooting workstation and server operations. 
. Good prioritization skills, ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.




QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Graduation from a four-year college. Education, Communications or Computer Science degree preferred but not required.
  2. Computer literate in Microsoft, Lotus, Corel, and other industry applications.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.




CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Application of system analysis techniques and procedures including consulting with users to determine hardware/software or system functional specifications.
  2. To meet every class session promptly and ready for that sessions instruction.
  3. Coordination and implementation of instruction in an orderly and professional manner.
  4. Set-up and clean-up classroom at the beginning and at the end of each class/session.
  5. Confirm that all materials are ordered and prepared for class sessions.
  6. Confirm necessary arrangements for refreshments for the class sessions.
  7. Coordination and implementation of one-on-one instruction in an orderly and professional manner
  8. Curriculum design and development as needed by software subject and client.
  9. Computer education and training industry research.
