Education : Higher Secondary

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Responsibilities

• Software product installation, configuration management, maintenance, testing and documentation of

VMware related products

• Install VMware solutions at our clients Worldwide.

• Install VMware solutions in-house using VM-Ware ESX Server.

• Maintain the highest level of availability, reliability and performance for VMware and associated

products

• Perform consultation, implementation, documentation and knowledge transfer for chargeable

services.

• Install upgrades and patches for VMware and own products.

• Define comprehensive automation for VMware, including creating scripts for recurring system tasks

• Work with the architecture teams to translate high level business requirements into technical designs

and practical engineering solutions

• 3rd level software and problem diagnosis together with our client support function.

• Contribute and develop best practices, strategies, methodologies and documentation/templates.

• Share new ideas and methodologies to improve company products.

Education

Bachelors degree (Master preferred) in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field - or

equivalent education/experience.
