Sales Manager (I.T.) Job in Dubai, UAE

Education : Bachelors Degree




Experience : 5 - 10 Years





Skills :

1. Minimum 6-8 years exp. in marketing and providing customized solutions to the customer.
2. Technical Knowledge on integration of Audio Visual, Power, Networking, Low Current systems, Security Systems, Access Control, BMS Systems and security management software.
3. Aggressive but pleasant attitude. 
4. Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, with a clear focus on high quality and business profit. 
5. Hands on experience with at least 2-3 manufacturers. 
6. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing promoting and selling products or services.
7. Adept at marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques and sales control systems. 
8. Should be willing to travel extensively. 
9. Holder of valid Driver''s License - Must 
10. Excellent communication & presentation skills 
11. 8-10 years (Exposure to UAE or KSA Market mandatory) 
12. Minimum required education level: Engineering Degree (Electrical or Computer)



Responsibilities :


1. Manage and identify, evaluate, develop and profile new business opportunities and clients within the local market to promote and expand the market share of the company. 
2. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
3. Effective delivery of companys value proposition via technical presentations, product demonstrations and written or verbal communications.
4. Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers.
5. Manage and interpret customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
6. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
7. Calculate client quotations.
8. Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
9. Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
10. Offer after-sales support services.
11. Administer client accounts.
12. Establish contact with clients, consultants and contractors.
13. Get the companys products & systems specified with the consultants.
14. Learn about vendors new technology and products.
15. Prepare proposals to the clients standard.
16. Analyze costs and sales.
17. Prepare reports for head office.
18. Meet regular sales targets.
19. Record and maintain client contact data.
20. Coordinate sales projects.
21. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
22. Respond to prospects technical needs and objections in a timely manner.
23. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
24. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
25. Solve client problems.
26. Help in the design of custom-made products.
27. Provide training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
28. Additional duties as assigned from time to time.
