Key Duties & Responsibilties

1. Provide onsite and web-based demonstrations, training and workshops in support of sales activities to client end-users.
2. Lead training sessions and interactive workshops of all sizes through complex subject matter, while effectively engaging the target audience throughout the learning and development process.
3. Incorporate adult learning theory and instructional design to develop job aides, handouts, evaluations, and interactive learning materials.
4. Utilize measurement/assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions provided.
5. Identify and advance up-sell/cross-sell opportunities based on an understanding of the client’s needs.
6. Document findings in writing.
7. Provide timely briefings to on incidents and investigations, as appropriate.
8. Contribute to the development and enhancement of training and sales support materials and strategies.
9. Track and reviews events in response to complaints and/or compliments relating to medical performance.
10. Conduct clinical and /or quality assurance investigations immediately upon receiving information regarding a possible protocol or standard of care violation.
11. Participate in multi-client technical conferences.
12. Responsible for entering information in our computerized data tracking system.
13. Oversee any clinical requirements related to contracts, agreements, etc.
14. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and collective delivery and revenue targets through effective time management and teamwork.
15. Provide basic counseling and resources to students and assist them in overcoming barriers to education.
16. Continue to work with participants after they start their education programs to maximize retention and encourage further education.
17. Autonomously manage schedules and administrative demands while working within or outside the office environment.
18. Prepare reports as required by program director and supervisor.
19. Refer participants to support services when needed.
20. Communicate with team members, manager and administrative staff to help ensure optimal scheduling and consistent messaging.
21. Review participant individually and assess participant needs for training.
22. Maintain participant attendance records.
23. Responsible for tracking and maintenance of employee certifications and vaccinations in a database.
24. Perform stakeholder and learning needs analysis and assessments.
25. Delivery run organization (ie: technology support, training maintenance strategy, etc).
26. Provide individualized career planning and counseling to participants and alumnae.
27. Establishes partnerships and opportunities with education providers.
28. Monitor and facilitate Participant College and training search utilizing the internet.
29. Monitor and documentparticipants’ progress according to individual service plans.
