Telecom Sales Job in Dubai, UAE

The main responsibility of the telecom sales personnel is they should complete the sales objective and it will be his excellence if he exceeds his monthly sales quota. The telecom industry is developing day to day because of the invention of new technologies. The telecom sales representative should be updated with the latest trend and technologies of the telecom industry. He should apply the technical advancements in his work to achieve some great things. The telecom sale personnel should know well the demographic details of the customer base. He should have the ability to identify and qualify the potential customers by telephone and premise visits. It is his responsibility to develop and maintain the complaints from the customers and should enquire it. He should communicate with the clients and solve the issues with the different technology solutions.

Education : Higher Secondary



Experience : 1 - 5 Years



Description :


- Experience of 3-5 years, worked previously with an international call center, and good command of English and Arabic.

- Excellent knowledge of computer and internet

- Previously work in Communication and Marketing Call Center like Banks, Insurance Company, Airlines, Phone Marketing Company

- Excellent knowledge of the labor market in particular in the UAE in general and in the Gulf.

- A highly qualified, and can afford to achieve the goal of Daily Sales

The telecom sales representative should follow and execute the good work ethics. He should have a sound knowledge in numbers and should have presentation skills. He should be a hard worker and should travel a lot. It is better to have knowledge in more than one language and it will help him to communicate with any kind of people. It is his responsibility to sell the products and the services of the company to clients form different status. The telecom sales representative should have good negotiating and team building skills.
