A media executive oversees the operational and management of of a media company in either radio, publishing, TV, film or music. She possesses leadership skills and has a strong sense of brand and marketing capabilities. Media executives wield a lot of control and influence, although usually with the approval of a board of directors, and direct the company's future operations. Education : Higher Secondary Experience : 1 - 5 Years Skills : - Thorough knowledge of print and image production techniques. - Ability to solve problems and act independently. - Computer literate especially in Apple Mac Softwares. - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. - Good Team player. - 5 years experience in a similar field. Responsibilities : - To assist and manage the day to day Media and Advertising digital and static production requirements for clients. - Manage the production revenue budgets ensuring that quality and cost efficiencies are met through best possible material usage and execution. - Maintain a cost/revenue sheet highlighting the net profit of the production line item ensuring that costs are kept at minimal levels and revenue maximized. - Identify suitable suppliers capable of implementing high quality of jobs using the most cost efficient and high quality material for each media asset/element. - Ensure that digital media, light boxes and all other assets are well maintained and are operational at all times during the working hours. - Oversee the production coordination and ensure the delivery of the same meeting deadlines. - Prepare and maintain a price comparison sheet of different elements from different suppliers. - Generate Proof of Play reports along with photographs of all executed campaigns and maintain an archive of the same. - Manage the logistics and ensure the security and safety of the assets Assist the sales team for creative guidelines / Photo setting / Proposals. - Ensure that all artworks and material received for all branding campaigns are in the correct format and are archived on their server. - Source new materials/technologies to further improve production quality and processes. - Maintain digital files of all clients artwork (chronological) for future references.
