Welding Engineer Job in Dubai, UAE

Description :
A well reputed UAE based event company looking for a Welding Engineer.

-Experienced Aluminium Welder required for manufacture of staging products
-Aluminium Welder, fabricator.

Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Prepare and coordinate the release of funds for equipment and tooling
2:Participate in cost estimating
3:Apply and participate in BOP (Bill of Process) workshops
4:Participate in simultaneous engineering and design for manufacturing
5:Maintain engineering documentation - e.g., PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), PCP (Process Control Plans), SPC (Stastical Process Control), etc.
6:Coordinate and implement process development projects
7:Initiate and/or perform process analysis - e.g., PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), DFM (Design for Manufacture/Assembly), etc.
8:Contribute ideas and concepts
9:Define manufacturing process specifications and requirements
10:Schedule, plan, and prioritize projects

Position Requirements:
1:A Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Engineering or the related field engineering.
2:Computer Experience in the Microsoft Office Programs.
3:AWS certification or CWI helpful.
4:Must be detail-oriented, have great written and verbal communication skills.
5:Knowledge of the Flux Cored Arc Welding, other welding processes plus.
6:Certifications of ISO 9001, ABS, LR, BV, GL, DNV, RINA, CWB etc.
7:A team player with high integrity and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
8:Ability to interact with a supervisor and customers.
9:Must be an aggressive self-starter and have a strong work ethic.
