Maintenance Engineering Specialist Job in Dubai

Education : Bachelors Degree




Experience : 5 - 10 Years




Minimum Requirements :

- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Graduate having not less than 7 years experience, out of which minimum of 3 years in the middle east. 
- Valid Qatari Driving license. 
- Good Communication skills in English and Commanding power. 
- Working Experience in similar Industrial Buildings or Warehouses with Chiller and Freezer Stores and good knowledge in all HVAC equipment. 
- Ability to supervise a technical team, control of contractors and co-ordinate all Maintenance activities including MHE. 
- Good Knowledge in Fire & Safety Regulations in the Region.

Job Description

- Maximize Cost Effectiveness of Maintenance

- Optimized frequencies and Maintenance Activities

- Provides resources for Technical Maintenance Department

- Implements Predictive Condition Monitoring and Maintenance Technicians with Technologies

- Develop and Maintain Equipment Turnaround (TAR) Requirements

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience of performing maintenance in a process environment .

- Strong communication skills and deep Understanding of maintenance practices .

- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring

- Experience in setting up and running a preventive maintenance program

- Experience in Delivering Maintenance Key Performance Indicator's to the business

- Knowledge of project management Experience of working Within a high performance team.
