Supply Chain Manager Job in Dubai, UAE

Education : Masters Degree
Experience : 5 - 10 Years

MBA and or Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Industrial Management
CPM Certified (preferred)
Minimum10 years of professional experience within the purchasing, materials coordination, logistic management of a company of a company in manufacturing.
Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills. excellent management skills to oversee the operational team,
Knowledge of international purchasing standards, trading laws & foreign trade is essential

Should be well versed in IT operation.
Good knowledge of SAP Processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay),or equivalent would be a great advantage.
Ability to develop and implement internal purchasing control, methods & procedures
Our requirements are: proven track in supply chain management for 15 years min with 5 years experience with a similar position, manufacturing background (electrical manufacturing like Schneider, Siemens, Le Grand or ABB is preferred), SAP or Oracle experience.

Responsibilities :
Duties and Responsibilities :

Manages the entire SCM for the business, flow of goods, services and information along a supply chain-from suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, stores, down to consumers and end users Including business strategy, information flow and system compatibility. 



Manages coordination of strategic & forecast purchasing plan, supplies plans for current and new products / services introduction and product phase-out, to ensure that all necessary supply and demand have been attend to on time with relevant quality 



Manages changes occurring in the business with all customers, suppliers & service providers to maintain business continuity and ease the flow of goods / services, aiming at product excellence and acceptable price levels. 

Plans, directs, controls, coordinates and evaluates inventory control, stocking and forecasting. 



Manages inventory replenishment based on production schedules, current inventory, customer orders and forecasts to maintain defined inventory levels and return on assets and ensures accurate inventory records.

Works closely to manage and review all purchasing of common items for better cost, quicker response, faster delivery and better service. 

Full ownership of customer service improvement, order management, business demand Growth, asset usage, demand planning, warehouse/distribution activities cash to cash cycle, supplier/supply base management. 

Strengthen partnership and regulatory compliance 

Maintain Close communication and coordination with CFO (Corporate Financial Officer), CFC (Corporate Financial Controller), Treasury management, and the corporate office for coordination and smooth flow of business operation.

Description :

Manage procurement strategically, Provide guidance to ensure this function grows in line with the Companys business objectives. Provide quality, cost-effective SCM operations to the organization, applying international standards taking into consideration localization and the business model. 

Manage full Utilization of SAP SCP functionality, to perform operations, and interact with all business chain stakeholders (suppliers, manufacturing units, warehouse, logistic, and customers) for good services and customer satisfaction.
