Education :  Bachelors Degree
Experience :  1 - 5 Years

Skills :  The candidate should be fully competent, flexible and should have initiatives. A solid technical background in telecommunication is a must as well as being fluent in English. Further languages such as Arabic are preferable. Thus a valid U.A.E. driving license is a must.
Responsibilities :  Testing and commissioning of transmission and access systems. Tendering the specifications and the presentation of solutions to customers.

Description : 

  • Understand and fulfil the telecom requirements for Trend Micro PH contact center to support global customers
  • Supervise vendors for maintain and sustain the Nortel PBX and Symposuim systems in AU, US and PH
  • Improve the logic setup of the current regional PBXs and call center app
  • Design telecom solutions, manage telecom projects, and deliver results in a timely manner
  • Create Statistics and quality monitoring of the phone system
  • Co-work with other teams and support Trend Micro global VoIP and technical support contact center
  • Maintain local, AU, and US Telco and PBX vendors relationship
  • Manage and maintain internal customer relationship, and provide telecom solutions
  • Host and supervise PH telecom helpdesk
  • Design and support Video Conferece
  • Be able to work late shift
  • Occationaly work during after hours or weekends
  • Need to be able to travel occasionally


    • The Senior Engineer Telecommunications will perform all or some of the following Job description:


    Develop detail designs of communications systems, sites, and facilities for expansion of private network

    Provide technical direction to Engineers I and II

    Work independently in planning and designing communication for projects

    Provide project planning for enhancements for all types of telecommunication technologies including: anolog/ ditigal microwave radios, fiber optic cable systems, lightwave/SONET radios, conventional/trunked mobile radio systems, video conferencing systems, PBX/telephone systems, digital/analog multiplex data communications equipment, remote telemetry/SCADA, protective relaying and AC/DC power.     

     
     
    Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Senior Engineer Telecommunications Job 

    6 plus years of telecom industry experience.
    Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Senior Engineer Telecommunications Job 
    Bachelor's degree, Electrical or Telecom Engineering 
    Specialized training courses completed on communications equipment or systems 
    Professional Engineers (PE) License preferred.
