-Bachelor Degree in Business
-3-4 years experience in lead management role and/or telesales
-Excellent written and oral communications skills
-PC literate
-Fluent and literate in Arabic and English
-Open to Saudi Nationals only

Responsibilities :  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Team management
-Ensure direct reports receive continuous training in relevant fields (e.g. telesales client interaction strategies, etc.)
-Support direct reports in issues faced in their job execution
-Optimize required interactions between Telesales and Lead Management units



Unit strategy
-Outline the functional long term strategy
-Outline and implement departmental improvements
-Optimize information flow between relevant stakeholders (e.g. Business Marketing and Lead Management) leveraging Internal Process Enhancement resources



Lead management
-Support optimal lead management system development
-Approve and support development of guidelines for lead definition – ensuring high quality of incoming leads
-Approve and support development of business rules which stakeholders must pursue to ensure full accountability to stakeholder lead activities
-Approve lead management training materials



Telesales
-Approve Telesales training materials
-Approve and support development of client follow up procedures
