Forklift Mechanic job in Dubai, UAE

Education : Bachelors Degree.

Experience : 1 - 5 Years.

Responsibilities :
  • Maintenance of Battery Operated Forklifts (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Hydraulic System). 
  • Handle all type of Mechanical and Electrical jobs of the forklift. 
  • Overhauling of Electrical Motors, Pumps and Hydraulic System. 
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs. 
  • Service of Battery Chargers and Repairs. 
  • Routine Checkup, Service and Maintenance of Traction Batteries. 
  • Conduct weekly, monthly and annual Preventive Maintenance of Forklifts, Chargers and Batteries. 
  • Spare Parts order as per Requirements. 
  • Prepare ISO and other Maintenance Documentations. 
  • Battery Delivery to Drivers.

Description : Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, such as cranes, bulldozers, graders, and conveyors, used in construction, logging, and surface mining.
