Education :  Bachelors Degree



Experience :  1 - 5 Years



Skills :  


Excellent working knowledge of Flash CS4, CS5

Excellent knowledge as AS2, AS3, OOP and JavaScript

Knowledge of Adobe Flex and Air

Scripted and timeline animation experience

Experience with Social Networking API's (Facebook)

Experience with mobile marketing

Understanding of Rich Media, best practices and definitions

Experience with Rich Media vendor templates

Understanding of SEO and accessibility issues and how they relate to development

Experience with C++ a plus

Game development experience a plus

An eye for design and typography is a plus

Experience working with CMS, Portal technologies, and backend frameworks (Java, .NET) a plus

Strong attention to detail, team player with good communication skills

Strong organizational and estimation skills

Proactive problem solver

Three years experience in agency environment, although amazing work will speak for itself

 

Responsibilities :

Assist with development of digital marketing strategies

Propose technical and creative solutions for project briefs

Work with Creative and UI team during conception phase to propose technical and creative solutions for project briefs

Work with project management to accurately estimate and scope out projects

Lead back-end teams to create optimum integration solutions

Research and collect information on materials relevant to project

Research online and multimedia trends

Take lead in developing coding standards and practices within the development team

Effectively allocate work to junior team members

Be responsible for the quality of your work throughout its lifecycle
