Mechanical Design Engineer job in Dubai, UAE |
Education : Bachelors Degree.
Experience : 1 - 5 Years.

- Experience working in a regulated industry; preferably medical device or pharmaceutical.
- Design for hazardous environments.
- Experience with wire/fiber manufacturing processes; extrusion; web handling; batch and piece-part automation processes.
- Experience with oven and ventilation design and implementation.
- Experience with machine design for cleanroom environment.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
- Experience with facilities support.
- Passion for manufacturing products that are the highest quality in their class.

Responsibilities :
- Perform mechanical design for process equipment (including materials of construction, static and dynamic analysis, actuator sizing and selection).
- Work closely with vendors on the purchase, design, testing, and installation of new equipment.
- Create and update mechanical drawings and equipment documentation; generate proper medical system documentation.
- Work closely with the shop as a design resource and for facilities support.
- Work with process engineers to improve or repair existing equipment and design next-generation equipment.
- Project management and process development.
- Plan and execute equipment validations in accordance with FDA and ISO guidelines.
- Develop and implement calibration procedures to verify proper equipment function.
- Utilize the Medical Products Division's quality system to facilitate the execution and implementation of the efforts listed above.
Description : Mechanical engineering is one of the most expansive engineering disciplines, and accordingly the specific job descriptions of individual mechanical engineers are highly variable. However, there is commonality among the various mechanical engineering jobs out there – mechanical engineers are the engineers who design, test, build, and maintain engines, equipment, vehicles, and tools; if it relies on the principles of force and motion to do its job, a mechanical engineer was probably involved in its creation.
