Responsibilities : - Respond to franchise inquiries - Create franchise expansion marketing plan - Lead franchise sales visits - Prepare any franchise sales-related information - Be primary contact for franchise sales process - Lead research initiatives under guidance of Board of Directors - Prepare country, city, and location research as requested by Board of Directors - Assist in area market studies as necessary - Conduct branch evaluations on a monthly basis or as requested by Board of Directors - Participate in opening team as a trainer for franchise openings as necessary - Be a direct liaison for current franchise outlets - Facilitate franchise-related concerns, inventory distribution, and royalty collections - Be responsible for the finding and opening of new franchise locations each year on a target basis - Follow all SUMO guidelines, policies, and procedures - Be an example to other staff by adhering to Board of Directors guidance and working as a strong team player
