An information technology business analyst is responsible for an organization's technological development and direction. The knowledge and abilities of an information technology business analyst can be applied in a variety of corporate settings. General technical abilities as well as formal educational training are required for this type of position. Education :  Bachelors Degree




Experience :  1 - 5 Years





Skills :  

1. University Degree in Business/Finance or a relevant field.
2. Excellent spoken and written English and French. Arabic is a plus.
3. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and accounting software.
6. Strong communication skills who can liaise with different functions within the organization.
7. Experience in Multinational Environment is a plus.

 

Responsibilities :  

 1. Provide on going Business Counsel to North Africa team.
2. Prepare monthly financial reports to the North Africa MD and the Countries leaders.
3. Analyzing the P&Ls of N. Africa countries on monthly basis.
4. Prepare and pass all the accounting entries related to North Africa at month end.
5. Maintain the local chart of accounts in line with GCOA.
6. Follow up on the Receivables of North Africa keeping a tight control in place.
7. Preparing MIS reports on need-to-basis.



Description :
  Primary Responsibility:

To provide financial support and counseling to North Africa (Algeria and Tunisia) in all areas of the businesses (Business Analyst, Financial Accounting, Credit Control ...) serving as the focal point of contact in all matters related to the two countries.

 

Alternate Titles

The information technology business analyst may also be known as the business systems analyst, computer systems analyst, information systems analyst and systems analyst.

 

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of an information technology business analyst are to design business information systems, incorporate new technical systems to improve company work-flow, production, efficiency and effectiveness. The analyst is also expected to maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing computer technology.
