Plant Engineering Manager job in Dubai, UAE

Education : Bachelors Degree.

Experience : 10+ Years.

Skills :
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering
  • 10+ years of plant engineering/maintenance management experience within the food processing industry
  • A track record of strong leadership and project management skills and demonstrated success in working in a team environment.
  • Self motivated self starter with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent excel spreadsheet and Auto Cad skills, PLC Programming a plus
  • Ability to develop and manage a project team both internal and external
  • Strong financial aptitude, demonstrated ability to complete a major project within budget and on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel when required visiting other manufacturing facilities or vendor locations.

Responsiblities :
  • Initiates corrective action to control unfavorable expenditure trends.
  • Develops and maintains preventative maintenance program. Manages the engineering budget
  • Develops, evaluates and recommends improvements for plant utility efficiency and reducing waste of products.
  • Works with local and state governmental agencies in obtaining the necessary engineering permits. Additional responsibilities may be required.
