Technical Instructor job in Dubai, UAE

Education : Diploma.

Experience : 5 - 10 Years.

Responsibilities :
Deliver onsite technical courses with customer and partner.
Edit existing or develop new course content including:
Student guides.
Lab exercise guides.
Online training storyboards.
Certification exams.
Perform task analysis to ensure students are receiving the proper training.
Perform system, storage, and network administration tasks for the Xsigo Education lab environment.
Work with engineering, QA, and support organizations to the benefit of Xsigo Education.

Description : The primary function of the Technical Instructor is to provide world-class training to Xsigo’s customers, partners and employees. The Technical Instructor will deliver instructor-led training onsite with customers and partners. In addition, the Technical Instructor is required to develop and refine existing training content and support and maintain the Xsigo Education training lab.
