Responsibilities :- Provide onsite and web-based demonstrations, training and workshops in support of sales activities to client end-users.
- Lead training sessions and interactive workshops of all sizes through complex subject matter, while effectively engaging the target audience throughout the learning and development process.
- Incorporate adult learning theory and instructional design to develop job aides, handouts, evaluations, and interactive learning materials.
- Utilize measurement/assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions provided.
- Identify and advance up-sell/cross-sell opportunities based on an understanding of the client’s needs.
- Document findings in writing.
- Provide timely briefings to on incidents and investigations, as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of training and sales support materials and strategies.
- Track and reviews events in response to complaints and/or compliments relating to medical performance.
- Conduct clinical and /or quality assurance investigations immediately upon receiving information regarding a possible protocol or standard of care violation.
- Participate in multi-client technical conferences.Responsible for entering information in our computerized data tracking system.
- Oversee any clinical requirements related to contracts, agreements, etc.

- Communicate with team members, manager and administrative staff to help ensure optimal scheduling and consistent messaging.
- Review participant individually and assess participant needs for training.
- Maintain participant attendance records.
- Responsible for tracking and maintenance of employee certifications and vaccinations in a database.
- Perform stakeholder and learning needs analysis and assessments.
- Delivery run organization (ie: technology support, training maintenance strategy, etc).
- Provide individualized career planning and counseling to participants and alumnae.
- Establishes partnerships and opportunities with education providers.
- Monitor and facilitate Participant College and training search utilizing the internet.
- Monitor and document participants’ progress according to individual service plans.
Description : Plans and coordinates educational policies for specific subject area or grade level: Develops programs for in-service education of teaching personnel. Confers with federal, state, and local school officials to develop curricula and establish guidelines for educational programs. Confers with lay and professional groups to disseminate and receive input on teaching methods. Reviews and evaluates curricula for use in schools and assists in adaptation to local needs. Interprets and enforces provisions of state education codes and rules and regulations of State Board of Education. Conducts or participates in workshops, committees, and conferences designed to promote intellectual, social, and physical welfare of students. Studies and prepares recommendations on instructional materials, teaching aids, and related equipment. Prepares or approves manuals, guidelines, and reports on state educational policies and practices for distribution to school districts. Advises school officials on implementation of state and federal programs and procedures. Conducts research into areas, such as teaching methods and techniques. May perform tasks at local school district level or as independent consultant in area of expertise. May be designated as consultant in specific area, such as reading, elementary education, or audio-visual education.
