Receptionist job in Dubai, UAE Education : Higher Secondary
Experience : 1 - 5 Years
Skills : Excellent customer service and communication and presentation skills, strong leadership skills. Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel), experience with Shortcuts bookings system would be an advantage.
Education: Higher Secondary or bachelor; Beauty Therapy back ground would be an advantage.
Experience: minimum experience of 2 years as the head of Reception, Spa reception experience would be an advantage. Responsibilities : Responsibilities: being knowledgeable about all services and products offered at Nivea Haus Spa, responsible for maximizing daily bookings promoting services/ products, upselling leading and motivating reception team, directing Nivea Haus spa staff with regards to their clients appointments, handling clients complaints professionally.
Description : Job Description: Advise clients on available services and products at Nivea Haus Spa, answering the calls, adhering to all Reception operation and reservation standards and ensuring that the same followed by reception staff. Training and educating reception staff where required, ensuring that correct communication between clients, reception staff and service performing staff is in place at all times; developing required SOPs and other operating procedure in order to improve reception operation and customer service, respecting multi-national culture of the team;
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
