Implementation Leader job in Dubai, UAE

Education : 
Bachelors Degree

Experience :  1 - 5 Years

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the ALL products is a plus
  • Three years experience implementing software
  • Relevant undergraduate degree (i.e. Mathematics, MIS, computer Science) or equivalent experience
  • Small and medium client project implementation experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively engage in product testing, especially as it relates to custom client enhancements
  • Strong problem solving, decision making skills and excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency on Windows client/user and server platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to implement client/server technology
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products and MS Project
  • SQL/Oracle database experience
  • Ability to write moderately complex data import and export scripts
  • Crystal Reports knowledge a plus
  • Ability to work independently and make effective decisions based on past experience
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple clients and internal customers
  • Able to travel up to 30% annually

Description :
The Technical Team Leader ‐ IE will work on global network refreshes ,new projects and will report to the Senior Manager – Implementation. The Team Leader will account for all technical escalations from within the IE area and other technical aspects related to the IE area. The Team Leader will act as the one point stop for all technical related queries that passes through the IE area and will be involved in high level decision making process regarding the technical abilities of the team and the technical skill sets within the team.
