Description :
Financial analysts, too known as securities or investment analysts, scrutinize financial information in order to create sound suggestions to businesses on how to invest money. Financial analysts frequently utilize statistical software program and spreadsheets to examine the facts they gather. Financial analysts then create reports to their employers on the results of their research. They work in banks, corporations, stock brokerages, insurance companies, and government agencies. Some analysts learn worldwide and national money matters. Others counsel corporations on ways to invest their pension funds. Many financial analysts specialize in influencing the value of securities, such as stocks and bonds.

Financial analysts who work for stock brokerages pass their research findings on to the securities brokers. Analysts aid brokers and their customers look for good investings and decide when a stock or bond should be purchased or sold.

Several analysts specialize in exploring and analyzing the securities of companies in one industry. These analysts look at all the factors in the industry that influence the price of the companies' stocks. They examine new products, market prices, and other industry-wide trends. Analysts examine a company's financial condition to consider how much the company is gaining compared with others in the industry. Some analysts visit the companies they are researching to interview the management and to determine how expeditiously the companies are being operated. Analysts compare the companies' fiscal reports with those of past years. Then they try to anticipate what will occur to the companies' remunerations in the future. Sometimes they work with statisticians to get the most information from the facts they gather up. Although there is no means to be sure of future pays or stock prices, analysts increase the chances of making profitable conclusions by getting the most precise information available.
